Tomatoes, onion, garlic, spices, vinegar, raw sugar, lemon juice, salt…all the things that you want in a tidy BBQ sauce. We also add raisins for big flavour, molasses to round out and balsamic vinegar cos it’s tasty as. Some BBQ sauces on the market are nearing 60% sugar. Ours is less than 10%. Giddy up!
